Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently support deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Spain). Our order processing time takes 2-4 business days after an order is placed.

Delivery to the USA and Canada takes 6-10 business days.
Delivery to Australia takes 6-14 business days.
Delivery to the UK takes 4-6 business days.
Delivery to the European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Spain) takes 6-14 business days.

(Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time)

*Please note: Peak holiday traffic or extreme weather conditions may occasionally affect transit times. We always aim to deliver your package as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COST

MyColorfulBands cares a lot about its customers' service. We offer a transparent and worldwide flat-rate shipping policy to ensure a consistent experience for all our shoppers:

Orders of $50 and above: SHIPPING IS FREE of charge for all destinations.
Orders below $50: There is a flat shipping fee of $2.97 for all destinations.

This policy applies to all countries we serve, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and European countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Spain).

ORDER PAYMENT

All payments are in USD, and customers are charged at the time of purchase. If you wish to pay in another currency rather than USD, your bank will automatically convert your local currency into USD at its current exchange rate.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you complete your order and the payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Once the email is sent, we will start processing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

We process and dispatch orders in 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday). The tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 AM EEST. If you place your order after 8:00 AM EEST on a regular business day, on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will begin processing the following business day.
